1 lime, peeled, chopped
1-2 tsps of Biogenesis Natural Chlorella Powder
1 apple, peeled, cored, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, chopped
1 cup (70g) kale, trimmed, chopped
2 handful spinach
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1 ⅔ cup (400ml) coconut water
Instructions- Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz together until smooth. Divide the smoothie between 4 serving glasses and serve immediately.
Don’t forget to wash your fruits prior to eating. A new interesting article has suggested that washing food with baking soda can help reduce pesticides. The study used an apple as the test item and concluded that also peeling the apple can be just as effective.
