2 medium ripe frozen bananas.
1/4 ripe avocado.
1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries.
1-2 tsps of Biogenesis Natural Chlorella Powder.
3 large handfuls of spinach.
1 1/2 - 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk.
