Vegan Donuts
Ingredients:
¼ cup vegan margarine.
½ cup almond milk.
1-2 tsps of Biogenesis Natural Chlorella Powder.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
½ cup caster sugar.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
2 cups plain flour.
½ teaspoon salt.
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and add everything together.
2. Using your hands, roll dough into little flat balls and press a hole in the center.
3. Heat up oil in a pan and gently lay the doughnuts into the oil using a spatula.
4. Fry for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5, Optional: Roll the doughnut into a bowl of the remaining half of sugar.
