Intermittent Fasting For Weight Loss?
by Colin McGregor
It's finally heating up, so we get to enjoy our pool! 🌊
If your current fitness goal is weight loss, a new study has shown that intermittent fasting 2 weeks on 2 weeks off over 16 weeks was much more effective than 16 weeks of continual dieting.
The results showed 12.3kg of fat lost in the intermittent fasting group as compared to 8kg in continual dieting.
So if you haven’t tried intermittent fasting, it might be worth giving it a go!
To ensure proper recovery, don’t forget to have your Biogenesis Chlorella post-workout.
