My favourite omega 3 supplement! I can rely on the purity and quality of this supplement. There's only so much I can gain from my food, so I'm assured I'm reaching my daily requirements with the Algae Oil capsules. A 'better-than-fish-oil' kind of thing. Yes, I was looking for an alternative to fish oil and this fits the bill. Crazy to think, in hindsight, that we consume fish oil to get the benefits of what the fish eat?! Why not go to the source? Yes, Algae Oil, which contains the Omega-3, DHA/EPA that we're after in the first place. Added plus its plant-based, therefore vegan as well.
