Ingredients: 2 handfuls kale.1-2 tsps of Biogenesis Natural Chlorella Powder.1 handful of frozen pineapple chunks.½ avocado.½ lime, juice only.1 tbsp cashew nuts.Optional - 1 medium banana.Put all of the ingredients into a bullet or smoothie maker. Blend until smoothie consistency and enjoy!
